1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sebina AI ("the Service"), operated by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sebina AI is an AI-powered website builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and deploy websites using artificial intelligence. The Service includes AI content generation, website hosting on sebina.ai subdomains, a code editor, database management, and deployment infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans: Free (RM 0), Starter (RM 99/month), Pro (RM 149/month), and Team (RM 299/month). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Plan features and limits are as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our secure payment provider. Payment methods include FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and DuitNow QR. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

4.3 Token System

AI generation usage is measured in tokens. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of subscription tokens that reset upon renewal. Unused subscription tokens do not carry forward. Add-on token packs can be purchased separately and never expire.

4.4 Subscription Expiry

A renewal reminder will be sent 3 days before your subscription expires. If payment is not received by the expiry date, your projects will be suspended and deployed websites will show a maintenance page. Your data will be preserved. Upon renewal, all projects will be automatically restored.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create websites that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or engage in fraud
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through websites created on the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI generation features to create content that violates applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including website code, text, and designs. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe on third-party rights. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated content in your projects.

6.3 Our Platform

The Sebina AI platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Website Hosting

• Websites are hosted on sebina.ai subdomains (e.g., yoursite.sebina.ai).
• We provide hosting infrastructure but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove websites that violate these Terms.
• Free plan websites are assigned a random subdomain. Paid plans allow subdomain selection.
• Custom domain binding is available on paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your deployed websites will be taken offline and your data will be deleted after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
