Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sebina AI (operated by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD.), we strive to provide a quality service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and token pack purchases made through our platform.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Within 7 Days of Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly token allocation. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
2.2 After 7 Days
After 7 days from the date of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You may choose not to renew, and no further charges will be made.
2.3 Renewal Payments
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Since our billing system sends renewal reminders 3 days before expiry and requires manual payment (we do not auto-charge), each renewal is considered an intentional purchase.
3. Token Pack Refunds
Add-on token pack purchases are non-refundable once the payment is completed. Token packs do not expire and can be used at any time. We recommend starting with a smaller pack if you are unsure of your usage needs.
4. Service Disruption
In the event of a prolonged service disruption (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period upon request. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or disruptions caused by third-party services.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Plan or token pack purchased
- Reason for the refund request
Send your request to [email protected]. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Account Termination Refunds
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If you voluntarily close your account with remaining subscription time, no pro-rated refund will be provided.
